Hot Smoked Mackerel Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Hot smoked mackerel fillet
- 1 tomato
- 1/16 cucumber
- Handful of watercress
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 slice of granary bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Put the hot smoked mackerel fillet on a serving plate and microwave for 1 minute (or place under a grill for 2-3 minutes, turning half way through).
- Meanwhile, slice the cucumber and tomato; wash the watercress and butter the bread.
- Serve the warm mackerel fillet with the salad, bread and horseradish sauce before finishing with a twist or two of freshly milled black pepper and a splash of balsamic on the salad.
